"SilverTop Cottage" offers 220 feet of beach frontage with views of the ocean and sound. This fully furnished, Indonesian styled thatched roof villa features two separate master bedrooms and baths comprising 700 sq. ft. each. The center house is the Great room consisting of the kitchen, full bath and living room with built in sofas that will sleep three. Covered verandahs connect all the rooms. The house is made out of all natural wood, silver top thatch over the living room & kitchen (700 sq. ft.) cedar shingles over the two master bedrooms (700' each) and the house has stone floors. The third bedroom has wood floors. Wood decks out of each room, a large 300 ft. wood deck/patio, ceiling fans and central air in the three bedrooms and an outdoor shower.
Kamalame Cay is a 100 acre private island with 3 miles of white sand beach along its eastern shore. The island is separated from Andros, near the village of Staniard Creek, by a shallow inlet and is accessible by ferry only. Exceptional privacy, security and amenities including lovely beaches, a pool, tennis courts, fishing, diving and duck hunting enhance investment potential. A spa, marina improvements and a commissary are planned.
