August 27, 2008 - More than 65 persons attended the entry-level course for persons hoping to obtain Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA) licenses and become realtors.
Larry Sticca was the lecturer for the week-log course held at the British Colonial Hotel.
Currently, more than 500 persons hold BREA licenses, as they are the only persons legally entitled to engage in the real estate business in the Bahamas.
