Dave came into my life in January of the crazy year, he was highly recommended by Stephen Sawyer who I bought 64 Balmoral from. On meeting Dave I told him I was virgin in owner /rental and had bought my beautiful apt as a residual income for my retirement …. Well that took a long while happening due to COVID. Dave never gave up on his quest to find me the perfect tenant. After numerous failed leases due to COVID related circumstances, he finally found the perfect match for my beautiful home in September 2020.

During the 9 months he held my hand and walked me through every aspect of securing a tenant. He went over and beyond researching the potentials, a couple were defiantly not a match and because he is” seasoned” Realtor he has a lot of history on who is who and who is not . For this I was most grateful.

Dave went over and beyond for me, answering phone calls both day and night as a concern or question sprung to mind .Whether it involved changing light bulbs, checking water meters, finding electric boxes or just giving his wisdom whatever it was Dave was available.

As I said I was a real estate virgin and so grateful to him for his wisdom and professionalism as I walked this eye opening journey.
